The hubby loved his birthday suprise!!!
I have to pride Victoria Harley Davidson in the amazing quality of customer service they provided me. I purchased my husband a new Harley for his birthday as a surprise. I contacted various dealerships and could not get a straight answer over the phone and encountered flat out rude sales people. Then I contacted Dawn with VHD. She was able to give me a better price than all of the other dealerships which saved me a substantial amount of money, which is always good. They didn't have the bike in stock so her and her staff over the next week worked diligently to find me the bike he wanted. When all hope was almost lost and over 20 dealerships later, I got a call from Carol telling me my husband's surprise would be ready in the next few days. We had an amazing experience picking up the bike and all the staff was very nice. I will definitely be going back and recommending Victoria Harley to anyone interested in a bike. You won't go wrong here
Rick, Tim and Stitch what a place. You can't go wrong with this place these guys are great. We bought a bike at a harley dealership in another town, what a mistake! Everything went wrong with our Trike, the other dealership to this day have never got back with us to help. We stopped in Victoria Harley, these guys didn't have to work with us but they did. They went out of their way to help. Can't say enough good things about this place. We tell everyone to come here, they really make you feel like family.

Genuine desire to help is enormous
The store may be small, but the customer service, friendliness and overall genuine desire to help is enormous. I immediately felt comfortable in the store. I was greeted by a big smile and felt like I was being welcomed into the family. Manuel was awesome going over the bike I bought from fender to fender explaining all I needed to know. It was definitely worth my time driving to Victoria from Corpus Christi for the level of support I received. Thank you all and see you soon. By the way I am loving this bike.

At first glance as we drove by , we thought (what the heck, that's a Harley Davidson Dealership). We had to get settled in and go back to check it out, you see we travel all over the u.s.a.and hit every HD Dealer possible , as soon as we opened the door we were very impressed with the layout , and the hospitality of the staff. Although the selection of bikes was slim, I couldn't help but notice they had on hand a lot of the harder to find Harleys , and i'm sure if they didn't have it they would surely find it. Great Job, Victoria HD, and we will be back soon!

The little Harley Dealer that could! I moved to Port Lavaca, Tx from Georgia and started searching for the nearest Harley dealer, Victoria Harley came up, I began visiting the dealer about every 2 weeks or so and began my search for my next bike, Dawn and Tim made me feel like family, I was blessed to make my purchase this past weekend and participated in the blood drive.
