Outstanding Service Team
I really need to give a shout out and a HUGE thank you to Cody and the service team at Victoria Harley Davidson. My wife and I rode in from the DFW area for a check in and our poker chip. On the way in we ran out of pavement and rattled our way on the dirt road for a couple of miles. We were unaware that this rattling broke the bracket holding Mary’s headlight. It wasn’t until we arrived that Cody saw the damage and pointed it out. He took the bike back and the service team patched up the bracket and fixed the light. When I asked what we owed he just shook my hand and said enjoy your ride! Mary and I were shocked at the absolute kindness this dealership showed us. This was by far the highlight of our day even with all of the amazing sights we rode to over the course of our road trip. I did not expect this as every other dealership I have been to won’t even spare a bolt for no charge much less take the bike back into their service department and fix it for just a handshake. Kudos to Victoria HD for being the highlight of our entire Trip.

Best Harley Dealership
This is the best dealership I had the pleasure of buying a bike from. For one Jimmy is an awesome salesman. The whole place is a family establishment that welcomes you right in. I drove from Corpus Christi to work with them and I am glad I did. It was well worth the drive to meet these amazing people and give them my business. You will not regret coming to this shop to find excellent service.
